Positions

     Skilled Production: full time position

  • Experience in cabinetry / finish carpentry work

  • Be able to help coordinate production

  • Communicate production needs effectively to management

  • Be able and willing to complete custom carpentry projects that extend beyond standard cabinet production such as reception desks and counter tops

  • Maintain and improve production floor

  • Provide quality control

  • Be a process engineer by aggressively eliminating waste from the production process

  • Be punctual, reliable, and a good representative of Pender-Craft Cabinets principles

*Skilled positions must be able to commit to a 40 hour work week (four ten hour days) as well as commit to long term employment as we invest large amounts of training resources into these positions with the goal of establishing a positive, sustainable relationship.

General Production: full time

  • Maintain and improve work area

  • Effectively help meet production goals

  • Eliminate waste from daily processes

  • Learn, execute, and help innovate quality control measures

  • Exhibit initiative in learning the skills and processes of the production process

  • Be punctual, reliable, and a good representative of Pender-Craft Cabinets principles 

*General production positions can vary from part-time employment, to full-time employment with the potential to grow with the company and move up into skilled positions according to progress made and open positions.
