Continuous Improvement
Pender-Craft Cabinets has made a decision to ensure that the highest value possible is achieved in not only our finished product, but in the lives of everyone in the company. We have implemented a daily program that centers around our morning meeting.
In our meeting we seek to improve the value of both our work and personal lives. We do this in a variety of ways:
- Review our values statement and mission every day
- Allow for mistakes and have a discussion time daily where we can go over any mistakes made the previous day and use it as a learning opportunity
- Everyone makes a daily improvement to enhance safety, quality, simplicity, and speed in that order
